Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data by The Rizon Hotel (Elmalı, Şht. Binbaşı Cengiz Toytunç Cd. 47a, 07040 Muratpaşa/Antalya) as data controller.
1. Personal data processed
Through the booking request and contact form, we may process your name, phone, email, stay dates, number of guests, room type preference and any notes you provide.
2. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to evaluate and respond to your booking/stay request, to communicate with you, to provide accommodation services and to fulfil legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5 on the grounds of being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and your explicit consent.
4. Transfers
Your data may be shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service and within the legal framework, including with booking/channel management systems and authorised public authorities.
5. Retention
Your data is retained for as long as the purpose requires and as prescribed by applicable law; thereafter it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, object to processing and exercise your other rights. You may send your requests to info@therizonhotel.com.
